Hader Solutions is seeking an Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer (Residential) to service and repair domestic systems, carry out planned maintenance, and produce clear service reports. Role: Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer (Residential)
Responsibilities: Conduct planned preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair faults on residential air conditioning systems, complete service reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as F-Gas and TM44. Deliver excellent customer service in occupied properties, maintain high first-time fix rates, and promote positive customer feedback.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential air conditioning, proficiency with split/multi-split systems, strong fault-finding abilities, good understanding of refrigeration cycles, and excellent communication skills. Requires a valid UK driving license, F-Gas Category 1 certification, and physical fitness.
Key Duties: Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics; manage own schedule independently; ensure efficient use of time and materials; and adhere to safety and compliance procedures.
Benefits & Conditions: Salary of £45,000–£55,000 plus overtime and incentives, company van, fuel card, tools, training, paid holidays, sick pay, team events, and uniform. Open to PAYE or self-employed arrangements.
