Job summary

Massey Mechanical, a family‑owned HVAC company serving Central Arkansas, seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician. You will diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems, perform maintenance, and identify replacement opportunities for Comfort Advisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential & light Commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups.
• Identify potential replacement opportunities and generate qualified leads for Comfort Advisors.
• Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and service vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, management, and other technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
