Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• LVN preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of Wellness staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Provide direct care services to residents as needed, ensuring health and safety.
• Support Wellness Director in implementing community policies and programs.
