Chestnut Ridge – A Senior Living and Memory Care Community is seeking caring staff for the 11pm–7am shift. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs, promoting dignity and respect through Life Stories techniques, and supporting team efforts in a safe senior living environment.

Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with bonuses and benefits such as referral incentives, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Assists Residents with daily life activities (ADLs) with dignity and respect.
• Uses Life Stories Training techniques to minimize resident stress.

Responsabilités

• Assists Residents with daily life functions (ADLs) in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Ensures staff follow through in absence of Life Stories Director for activity programming.
• Documents accurately in Resident records and Move N.
