  • Maintain thorough knowledge of eligibility and benefits for public and private financial assistance and health care programs to ensure resident needs and rights are met.
  • Maintain familiarity with the local service-provider community and collaborate with property management and community partners to support resident stability and housing.
  • Ensure staff receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, including conflict resolution, emergency response, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Monitor daily log entries and case management documentation to ensure quality, consistency, and timely follow-up on emerging issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate on funder-required reporting, credit card expense reviews, and timesheet accuracy.
  • Participate in Plymouth committees and workgroups as appropriate.
