Cogir Senior Living in Arizona seeks a dedicated Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, activities, and community events. You will help residents board and exit vehicles and assist with mobility devices as needed, while upholding high safety standards.

We value friendly, patient service with strong communication and reliability. This role requires a valid driver''s license, clean history, and experience in senior living or healthcare transportation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Experience driving passenger vehicles, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
• Ability to assist residents in/out of vehicle and operate wheelchair lift if needed.
• Excellent customer service and patience.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, reliable transportation for residents to appointments, activities, and other destinations.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle, using wheelchair lift/stairs as needed; manage doors and mobility aids.
• Ensure resident safety and satisfaction, accounting for all residents when leaving/returning to the community.
• Prepare the vehicle and coordinate basic maintenance checks.
• Ensure vehicle documents and insurance are current and displayed per policy.
• Follow road rules and transportation safety procedures.
• Maintain valid driver''s license per state regulations.
• Assist in resident programs and events as needed.
• Build positive relationships with residents through friendly interactions.
