Qualifications

• Experience in social or behavioral science or a related field is required.
• Must be 21 years or older and capable of working with program participants.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and ethical conduct are essential.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program participants under supervision, reporting unusual changes.
• Assist in transportation needs of the agency and reception of new participants.
• Support mentoring, safety, and shift/overnight observation of participants.
• Use crisis intervention techniques to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.
• Ensure the facility is clean and in good working order; assist others as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, track hours, and maintain regular attendance.
