Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Indiana is seeking a Transportation/Maintenance Assistant to provide safe, timely transportation for residents to activities and medical appointments. You will also assist the Property Maintenance Technician with general building upkeep throughout the community.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record.
• General knowledge of building maintenance and common tools is required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Motor coordination and depth perception required for driving and tool use.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and co-workers.
