Arcadia Care is seeking a Transportation Director to schedule and coordinate transportation services for residents, and to transport patients to and from hospitals, medical offices, dialysis centers and private residences in a safe, professional manner.

The role emphasizes delivering high-level customer service, ensuring resident safety during transport, and maintaining vehicle upkeep and related paperwork. The position offers multiple work arrangements (FT/PT/PRN) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Provides a high level of customer service while transporting residents and coordinating trips.
• Ensures safety of residents during transport and while boarding/alighting.
• Maintains vehicle upkeep and required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates transportation for residents to activities, appointments and outings.
• Transports patients to and from hospitals, medical offices, dialysis centers and private residences.
• Monitors resident safety on bus and in transit.
