Job summary

Lovington Healthcare is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as transportation coordinators. This role focuses on coordinating and transporting residents to and from physician appointments with care and timeliness.

Responsibilities include organizing driving schedules, ensuring safety, and reporting any changes in residents' condition to clinical staff. CNA certification is preferred but not required, with state licensure and BLS/CPR recommended.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state of application.
• NATCEP preferred but not required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required by facilities

Responsibilities

• Organizes transportation of residents to appointments based on priority.
• Transports residents to inpatient/outpatient programs and related facilities.
• Develops driving schedule according to resident needs and physician orders.
• Reports changes in resident status to supervisor during/after transport.
• Maintains vehicle safety, cleanliness, and routine maintenance logs.
