Job summary

NHC HealthCare Kennett is seeking a CNA Transportation Coordinator to join our team. You will schedule and coordinate transportation for residents, transport to appointments, and perform duties while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements include CNA certification, valid driver's license, and CPR/AED certification (we can help you obtain it). This is a full-time role in a 170-bed facility with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• CNA Certified is required.
• Must have a valid State Driver's License.
• Must pass a Chauffeur's license test and background check.
• CPR/AED certification is required (we can help you obtain it).
• Must own a smartphone.
• Must read, write and converse in English.
• Must be able to operate GPS/tech systems and read maps.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and schedule transportation appointments for residents.
• Transport residents to medical appointments while preserving confidentiality.
• Perform related duties as assigned within a 170-bed facility.
