Job summary

Omega Senior Living Llc is seeking a dedicated chauffeur to transport residents to appointments, activities, and community events. You will assist residents getting in and out of vehicles, secure wheelchairs, and ensure safety and compliance with state rules.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a Certified Nurse Aide license. Prior experience in commercial driving or passenger transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver license for the state the vehicle operates in.
• Clean driving record is required.
• CNA license is required to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operates the car or van/bus located at the residence.
• Provides transportation for residents to appointments, shopping, and activities.
• Assists residents on/off the vehicle and with belongings.
• Secures residents in wheelchairs for transit as needed.
• Coordinates medical appointment schedules with nursing leadership.
• Maintains appearance and operating condition of vehicles.
