Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL license with passenger endorsement required.
• Previous transportation or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to assist elderly or disabled residents safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible, reliable and punctual; pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, outings, and activities.
• Assist residents with boarding/exiting vehicle, including mobility aids.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety checks, and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain transportation logs and schedules accurately.
• Follow traffic laws and company policies; communicate with staff and families.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service.
