Aventura at Oakwood Village is seeking a dependable Van Driver to transport residents safely to medical appointments, outings, and facility activities, while ensuring comfort, dignity, and excellent service. This position offers both Full-Time and PRN opportunities, competitive pay, benefits, and flexible scheduling.

CDL with passenger endorsement is required, with responsibilities including safe boarding assistance and clear communication with staff and families.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Experience in transportation or healthcare preferred.
• Ability to assist elderly or disabled residents.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport residents to appointments, hospital visits, and activities.
• Assist residents with boarding/exiting the vehicle with mobility aids as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform safety checks, and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain transportation logs and schedules accurately.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and appointment coordinators.
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate service to all residents.
