Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Driver to provide transportation for residents, including outings and medical appointments, in a timely and orderly manner. The role requires safe operation of buses or vehicles and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities include scheduling destinations, staying accessible to management, keeping vehicles clean, and completing related paperwork. May perform other duties as assigned within the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a good driving records; may require a CDL license and must be able to provide a copy of motor vehicle driving record prior to employment.
• Ability to drive the bus or other vehicles, meeting all federal and state driving regulations and requirements.
• Ability to operate the bus or other vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
• Ability to maintain the bus or other vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents, including outings and medical appointments.
• Drive the bus or other vehicles safely to required destinations.
• Schedule destinations as directed by the Management Team.
• Be accessible to management during working hours via cell phone and/or pager or other means in event of changes or unforeseen circumstances.
• Ensure the bus and/or other vehicles are clean.
• Timely completion and submission of paperwork related to duties as required by operations procedures.
• May be assigned to other duties when not driving or on relief basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
