Morningside Elite Management in Ellicott City, MD seeks a Driver to transport residents and run community errands, ensuring safe return to the building and assisting residents in and out of the vehicle.

You will maintain vehicle cleanliness, report maintenance needs, coordinate oil changes and tire rotations, and respond to accidents or emergencies. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience and/or training.

Responsabilidades

• Transports residents and runs community errands as assigned, ensuring residents are returned safely to the building.
• Assists residents in and out of the vehicle.
• Ensures vehicle inspection tags, license and insurance cards are current and displayed properly.
• Maintains clean appearance of vehicle(s) through regular interior/exterior cleaning.
• Responds to accidents and emergencies as needed.
• Reports mechanical needs and coordinates maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations.
• Supports activities/outing as requested.
• Maintains safe working environment and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
