Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Driver I to transport residents safely, support activities, and contribute to a welcoming community.

You will greet residents, ensure comfort, maintain logs, and perform pre/post-trip checks while upholding safety and Fair Housing standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, valid license, and the ability to work nights/weekends. A friendly, dependable demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to read maps and plan routes.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to activities and appointments by driving the company tram.
• Greet residents with a happy and friendly demeanor, and ensure their comfort during the trip.
• Maintain comfort controls and music preferences for residents during travel.
• Routinely clean and sanitize the bus between trips and at shift start/end.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the community vehicle.
• Keep vehicle logs updated with accuracy.
• Assist with other department activities when not driving.
• Support cleanliness and curb appeal of the community.
• Interact positively with residents to maintain satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety standards, Fair Housing, and OSHA policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
