Job summary

Lifespace Communities is hiring a Driver at Village on the Green in Longwood, Florida. You will transport residents to scheduled destinations, maintain safety, and support a high level of resident engagement, while keeping vehicles clean and reporting maintenance needs.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid class B CDL with passenger endorsement (CDL may be required for certain vehicles), at least one year of senior transportation experience, and a clean driving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred (CDL may be required for certain vehicles).
• One-year experience driving for seniors is preferred.
• Must have a clean driving record and knowledge of traffic safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations and track pickups/drop-offs.
• Provide a high level of resident engagement.
