Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Steubenville, OH seeks a Driver to transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and emergency transports, following all safety policies. This role supports compassionate care and timely access to services.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license in good standing, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and clear English communication. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Must possess a valid driver license, in good standing as determined by the Community, and must be a minimum of twenty-five (25) years of age.
• Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete required documentation.
• Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsabilités

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activity functions, and in emergency transport situations as directed.
• Follow all regulatory and safety policies.
• Collaborate with nursing and activities staff to ensure timely transportation and safety.
