Job summary

Tallmadge Health & Rehab Center in Tallmadge, OH is seeking a compassionate Driver to transport residents to appointments, activities, and emergency transports, while following all safety policies.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR certification, a valid driver license, and strong English proficiency. We offer FT/PT roles with flexible schedules and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, 401K and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Must possess a valid driver license in good standing.
• Minimum age of 25 years old.
• Must demonstrate sufficient English proficiency to understand traffic signs and documentation.
• Must meet Community driver approval process and have related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activities, and in emergency transport situations as directed.
• Follow all regulatory and safety policies.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.
