Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License in State of employment.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enroll.

Responsibilities

• Transport and assist residents to outside physician visits safely.
• Provide one-on-one monitoring for at-risk residents during visits.
• Maintain resident documentation records.
