Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a Health Care Technician I Transportation Aide at the State Veterans Community Living Center Rifle. The role supports health record activities, transportation coordination, and resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include transporting residents, monitoring vital signs, assisting with examinations, and ensuring safety until visits are complete.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Unrestricted and Valid Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies CNA License.

Mansioni

• Transport residents to and from appointments outside the facility.
• Provide direct resident care including activities like bathing, dressing, feeding, hygiene and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist in exam preparation and patient transfers with proper safety techniques.
