CooperRiis, Inc. in Mill Spring, NC is seeking a Resident Support Staff- Direct Care PRN to help lead and support residents in recreational, social, and cultural activities.

The role requires a BA/related experience and a valid driver’s license, with a DMV-safe record, and offers a starting pay of $19.00 per hour. As a therapeutic healing community, CooperRiis emphasizes recovery plans, crisis support, and safe transport for community activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience working with adults with mental health challenges.
• At least 21 years of age, current driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record to be covered by company insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Helps lead recreational, social, and cultural activities.
• Encourages participation and can facilitate other activities as needed for residents who aren’t participating in the planned activities.
• Supports residents in their recovery plans and goals.
• Fills in for Lodge Advisors as needed.
• Provides support in crisis management.
• Assists with procedures such as urine drug screens, breathalyzer, and medication administration.
• Transports and accompanies residents on community-based trips, outings, recreational, social, and cultural activities.

• Days, Evenings and Over nights ,3 shifts per month

Location: Mill Spring, NC
