Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with at‑risk populations and homelessness preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to collaborate with staff and external providers.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support residents to help achieve personal goals.
• Adhere to staff responsibilities per Employee Manual.
• Maintain safety, respect, and an effective healing environment.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and required program documentation.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and room readiness.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Monitor and respond to security/safety issues promptly.
• Follow policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
