Oriana House, Inc. is hiring for a Full-time 2nd Shift position (3pm-11pm) in Cleveland. The role involves supervising clients, ensuring safety, and documenting activities throughout the shift.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.10 hourly, depending on education and experience, with advancement opportunities. Comprehensive benefits accompany full-time status, including health, life, disability, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Prior supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily activities of clients while in the facility to include, but not limited to: clean up, signing in and out of the facility, recreation, visitation, and meal times.
• Accurately accounts for the whereabouts of each client by conducting and documenting facility whereabouts three (3) times per shift in accordance with Agency policy and procedures.
• Maintains an active presence on the floor (common and dorm areas) by conducting frequent circulations of the facility at a minimum 60 minute interval.
• Enforces and implements Agency and program policies and procedures and stays current with any changes.
• Completes scheduled activities including: intakes, random alco-sensor tests, urine drug screens, dorm searches, pat downs, and emergency drills in accordance with policies.
• Conduits alcohol testing and collects urine specimens in accordance with Agency policy and procedure.
