Job summary

RUPCO Inc. seeks a Per Diem Courtesy Shuttle Driver to transport Willow Landing residents on a local loop. Vehicles are accessible for mobility-impaired passengers, and hours are full-time with flexible scheduling to accommodate residents' needs.

You will greet riders, assist with boarding, follow safety rules, and document mileage and incidents. A valid NYS driver's license and a clean driving record are required; prior customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma recommended.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience working with tenants or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Clean driving record required and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents using courtesy transportation in a friendly manner.
• Assist residents with boarding and exiting the bus.
• Follow NYS road laws and ensure passenger safety with seat belts and mobility devices.
• Perform pre-ride bus inspections and basic post-run cleaning.
• Maintain daily mileage and passenger logs; report incidents promptly.
• Report accidents per policy and cooperate with authorities as required.
• Other duties as assigned to support residents’ independence.
