This role serves a large Chinese-speaking resident population. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is required to effectively support residents, build trust, and deliver services.
As a Resident Services & Wellness Coordinator, you will play a direct role in supporting residents’ day-to-day well-being and long-term stability. This is a highly relational, community-based role where you will build trust, connect residents to critical resources, and create programs that support health, independence, and engagement.
You’ll help residents navigate challenges, access services, and participate in programs that strengthen both individual outcomes and the broader community. This role is ideal for someone who is people-centered, resourceful, and energized by working in community.
Hourly Range: $24.00 – $28.00 DOE Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and internal equity. EBALDC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off.
You’ll check in with residents, coordinate programs, and connect people to resources. Some days include hosting wellness activities or community events; others focus on follow-ups, documentation, and planning. Every day centers on building trust and supporting residents to thrive.
