Homes for Good in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a Permanent Supportive Housing Resident Services Specialist to join our team. This role supports residents by coordinating services, resources, referrals, on-site programs, and community partnerships to promote stability and success.

You will assist with tracking participation, data entry, reports, budget tracking, and clerical duties in the Supportive Housing Division, while ensuring timely service delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with low-income communities is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Completion of the 12th grade; additional social services training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering programs for participants and residents.
• Coordinate services, resources, and information with community partners.
• Track participation, data entry, and generate reports.
• Monitor budgets and perform clerical duties as assigned.
• Support on-site programming such as food programs and community events.
