Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to organize, implement and evaluate the Social Services program for residents at Riverside Presbyt Tower, 158 N 23rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19103. You will assess needs, link residents to supportive services, and promote independent living in the community.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay range of $25.00–$27.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of case management experience required.
• 2+ years of social services experience, preferably in a senior care setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or related program such as gerontology, psychology, or recreation therapy
• Social Services certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assessing resident needs based on admission social services history, resident’s health, psychological and social needs
• Promoting a positive living experience for our residents
• Ensuring confidentiality by adhering to HIPPA & all other privacy standards
• Promoting a positive work environment by collaborating with community team members
