Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a General Services Coordinator to serve as a customer‑service champion for residents, staff and visitors. You will assist with office tasks, answer calls, process work orders in the Mainstar system, and help maintain records for billing and scheduling.

Strong computer skills and prior office experience are preferred. This onsite role offers benefits, growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong general office skills and experience handling routine clerical tasks.
• Proficient in creating documents and using company-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.
• Organize and update program records including resident and vendor info for billing.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.
