Job summary

Evergreen Real Estate Group is seeking a Resident Liaison to connect residents with community resources and support services, coordinating between residents, property management, local agencies, and the Owner.

You will build relationships with community providers, help residents navigate services, coordinate activities, and report on service delivery to leadership. The role emphasizes resident well-being and confidentiality and requires on-site presence at the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience as Social Service Coordinator or Resident Liaison preferred.
• Knowledge of social service funding, eligibility requirements, and access to community services.
• Familiarity with the local neighborhood and available resident services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents with community resources to support safe, independent living.
• Bridge residents with property management, local service agencies, and the Owner.
• Coordinate resident activities and communications; report to Owner and Director of Social Services.
• Create and distribute a monthly property newsletter.
• Assist with case management planning and program education with ERES.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report suspected abuse or neglect.
