Erickson Senior Living Highland Springs is seeking a Resident Services Manager to lead the Resident Services Coordinators and Intermissions teams, delivering person-centered programs and high-quality resident support in a continuing care community.
You will oversee staff, develop engagement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual well-being of residents in a collaborative environment.
Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living
Join our team as Resident Services Manager who provides leadership and support to some or all of the following departments: Resident Services, Community Resources, the Volunteer Program, Wellness, Community TV, and Intermissions, creating and offering opportunities for resident engagement and enhanced quality of life.
Primary responsibility would be oversight of the Resident Services Coordinators and Intermissions team. Other departments may be assigned.
Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting around $70,000 annually
