Job summary

Qualifications

• Current valid New York State License (LPN)
• Minimum 2 years LPN experience, preferably with geriatric population
• Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with geriatric population

Responsibilities

• Supervision of LPN Supervisors, Medication Aides and Resident Care Coordinators.
• Keep Wellness Director informed regarding residents and staff.
• Liaise between resident medical concerns and family reporting.
