Job summary

MG Properties is seeking a dynamic Part Time Resident Services Coordinator to join Shift Apartments in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on delivering timely, friendly resident communications, coordinating service requests, lease questions, and events while maintaining property operations.

You will assist leasing duties, update advertising to maximize rental growth, monitor budgets, and help plan monthly and staff events.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Must have basic working knowledge in computer skills.
• High reasoning ability. Able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly events and oversee property communications and newsletters.
• Assist Leasing Office and lease questions as needed.
• Update internet advertising to maximize rental growth and monitor competitor pricing.
• Answer phones to schedule facility use and coordinate service requests.
• Monitor budgets and ensure safe, orderly events and facilities usage.
