Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director for the Bristol Park Amarillo community. The role leads the resident services department, coordinates staffing, develops care plans, collaborates with physicians and discharge planners, and communicates with families to ensure the highest quality of care for seniors.

Ideal candidates have a nursing degree (RN or LVN) and prior management experience in assisted living or memory care, with strong communication and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Strong communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents and coordinate with families.
• Facilitate family involvement and smooth move-ins/outs.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
