Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director at Wilshire Senior Living in Texas. You will lead the resident services team, coordinate staffing and care plans, work with physicians and discharge planners, and keep families informed while upholding the highest care standards for seniors.

You will oversee compliance, move-ins/outs, and case management, with a focus on communication, teamwork, and quality-driven service. A nursing background with leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN or LVN.
• 1+ year of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Strong communication with residents, families, physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
• Provide case management and coordinate with physicians and discharge planners.
