Sagora Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Resident Services Director for our Lynridge of Huntsville community in Huntsville, AL. You will lead the resident services team, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and ensure high‑quality care for our seniors while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active nursing license (RN or LVN) and management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an active RN or LVN license.
• Minimum of 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers to assure quality services.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents and coordinate with families and physicians.
• Investigate incidents, identify safety hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans and ensure regulatory compliance.
