Sagora Senior Living in Arlington, TX is hiring a Resident Services Director to lead the resident services department, coordinate staffing, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and families. You will ensure high-quality care for seniors and oversee move-ins and move-outs.

The role requires nursing credentials (RN or LVN), leadership experience in assisted living or memory care, strong communication skills, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LVN).
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers.
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling.
• Provide case management services to residents.
• Facilitate and encourage family involvement with residents.
• Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for smooth transitions.
• Investigate incidents, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor resident service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in surveys.
