Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director for its Asher Point community in Austin, TX. You will lead the resident services team, coordinate staffing and care plans, collaborate with physicians, and communicate with families to ensure the highest quality of care for seniors.

The role involves overseeing recruitment, training, and supervision of caregivers, managing schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting a culture that puts Residents First.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LVN
• 1+ years of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates
• Availability to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends, and valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers
• Plan and delegate work assignments and scheduling
• Provide case management services to residents
• Facilitate family involvement with residents
• Assist in move-in/move-out coordination for smooth transitions
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
