Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director for Ellery Arbor Memory Care in Colleyville, TX. This role leads the resident services team, coordinates staffing, and develops care plans while collaborating with physicians, discharge planners, and families to ensure top-quality resident care.

The position emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and smooth transitions for move-ins and move-outs, with on-call RN support and a focus on residents first.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN licensed by accredited school.
• 1+ year of management in an assisted living or memory care setting.
• Proven ability to communicate with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of caregivers.

What does a Resident Services Director at Sagora do?

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services

What do you need to be a Resident Services Director?

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, RN or LVN
• 1 or more years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community in a similar role
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and associates
• Strong written communication and computer skills
• Availability to work outside of normal operating hours including evenings and weekends is required
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
