Job summary

Savant Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead wellness staff, coordinate care, and ensure services meet state requirements. This role focuses on quality, continuity, and patient-centered care for our senior residents in a supportive team environment.

You will review care plans, supervise nursing services, and assess new residents to determine care needs and suitability for residency, while maintaining a compassionate, compliant culture.

Qualifications

• 1 year working with seniors; knowledge of health factors in seniors.
• 2 years people management experience.
• Knowledge of medication, dosage, terminology, and medication side effects.
• Proven track record of integrity, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 2 years of Behavioral Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, continuity and appropriateness of care by directing wellness staff through communication with residents, families and staff, ensuring individual care.
• Review and update service plans according to state requirements.
• Perform and supervise the performance of individual nursing services as required.
• Assess prospective residents to determine care needs and potential residency.

What you will do:
