Job summary

Savant of San Dimas is seeking a Resident Services Director to lead wellness staff, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with residents and families. This role focuses on continuity, plan reviews, and compliant nursing services to support residents’ needs.

The ideal candidate will have senior-care leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a dedication to a warm, inclusive workplace that mirrors family values. This is a full-time on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• 1 year working with seniors. Knowledge of health factors in seniors is needed.
• 2 years people management experience.
• Knowledge of medication, dosage, terminology, and medication side effects.
• Proven track record of integrity, verbal/written communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 2 Years of Behavioral Management experience.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Services Director will oversee quality, continuity and appropriateness of care by providing direction to the wellness staff through communication with residents, families and staff assuring individual care.
• Review and update service plans according to state requirements.
• Perform and supervise the performance of individual nursing services as required.
• Assess prospective residents to determine care needs and potential residency.

What you will do:
