Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to support staff, coordinate staffing and care plans for Briarview, and work closely with families and physicians. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and high-quality resident care across independent, assisted living or memory care settings.

The coordinator will oversee staffing needs, develop care plans, and communicate with family members while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with LPN/LVN licensure.
• 1+ years of management experience in an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Strong written communication and computer skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

What does a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) at Sagora do?

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of all caregivers to assure quality services
• Plan and delegate work assignments, ensuring effective scheduling
• Assist the Resident Services Director in providing case management services to residents

What do you need to be a Resident Services Coordinator?
