Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Holiday rotation required)

A well-established senior care organization in Riverdale, NY is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support resident care and quality-of-life initiatives within a multidisciplinary care team. This role plays a key part in coordinating services, supporting residents and families, and assisting with department operations in a long-term care or senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing resident services and supporting the social services department.
• Coordinate care plans and support residents and families with service needs.
• Conduct assessments and assist with case management and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and resident satisfaction.
• Support initiatives that enhance residents’ quality of life within the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Pursuing or eligible for New York State LMSW certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, healthcare, or case management

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Salary: $66,300 – $72,000 annually
