Avesta Housing is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to connect residents with resources, foster engagement, and strengthen our sense of community. This full-time on-site role requires regular travel between properties in Exeter and Hampton Falls, NH, with pay of $24.00–$27.00 per hour.

Ideal candidates will have a college degree, knowledge of social service agencies and affordable housing programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in
