HumanGood is seeking an Activity Coordinator in California to plan and oversee wellness and recreation programs for residents. You will engage residents through entertaining and educational activities, and coordinate transportation to events within and outside the community.
The role requires 1–2 years in geriatric settings, an associate degree (bachelor's preferred), and the ability to lead staff and volunteers while ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Under general supervision, the Activity Coordinator provides and promotes quality educational, entertaining and challenging activities, programs and outings for residents in the assigned level of care in an effort to enhance quality of life and resident satisfaction in support of the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
This is a Full-Time position | Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM - Occasional weekends, evenings and holidays based on scheduled resident activities, outings and special events
Pay Range: $22-$27
