Morgan Properties is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to assist the Property Manager in coordinating resident services and addressing resident concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, proactive problem solving, and relevant experience in property management. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing resident files, hosting events, and ensuring effective communication and service delivery within the community.
The Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Property Manager with handling all current resident processes and concerns, including all related administrative work involved in the coordinating of resident services. He/She must have a working knowledge of all leasing and management policies, accounting, maintenance and resident retention policies and programs.
