Job summary

The Schochet Companies are seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator at Seabury Heights in Worcester, MA. You will connect residents to essential services, build partnerships and create wellness programs that prevent isolation and improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Social Work or 2–3 years in social services for older adults, plus a valid driver’s license to travel between properties for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• BS in Social Work or 2–3 years’ experience in social services delivery with older adults.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation to travel between properties, attend meetings and conferences when needed.

Responsibilities

• Connect residents to services, resources and support including assessments, referrals, and ongoing monitoring of support.
• Establish onsite wellness programs and events through partnerships and programming budget.
• Advocate, organize and problem-solve to obtain results for residents.
