Job summary

Center for Family Services in Tampa, FL is seeking a full-time Case Manager to provide on-site case management and social service coordination for residents in our housing community.

You will connect residents with community resources and coordinate programs focused on health & wellness, financial literacy, job readiness, academic support, and social engagement. A $500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, or related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience working with the program population and supportive housing experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitate services to enhance quality of life for residents in affordable housing.
• Coordinate programs and services with community resources and agencies.
• Lead education, job readiness, and financial literacy initiatives for residents.
• Manage data systems to track case management progress and attendance.
• Distribute monthly newsletters and calendars to residents.
• Engage with partner property management and ensure housing compliance.
• Support on-site food distribution and community events.
• Attend mandatory trainings and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
