Job summary

LifeSTEPS is seeking a Resident Services Director in Sacramento, CA. You will design and coordinate resident services across affordable housing sites, manage case work, and maintain data in LifeSTEPS databases. The role partners with property managers, RDSS, and regional leaders to improve resident outcomes.

Required: a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field and 2 years of social services experience. Strong communication, planning, and community engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in a social services environment or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and coordinate resident service activities in assigned housing complexes.
• Manage case assignments, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
• Maintain resident and property services data in LifeSTEPS database and ensure weekly updates.
• Coordinate events, orientation meetings and monthly community gatherings.
• Liaise with property managers, RDSS and Regional Manager to support clients.
